2. Please use this form to submit an event to be considered for inclusion on the Community Event calendar. Please make sure your event fits the qualifying criteria:

   • Does not have to be free, but must be open to the public.
   • The event may be age restricted to adults or children, but all content and sponsoring organizations must be family-friendly.
   • A unique event (no recurring events or regular meetings, please).
   • Must occur within Londonderry or be sponsored by a Londonderry organization.
   • The Town of Londonderry reserves the right to determine if an event will be added to the Community Events calendar.
   • Events hosted by local Londonderry businesses are welcome, but the Town reserves the right to limit the number of submissions accepted by any one business. No notices of sales or promotions will be accepted.
