School District Offices Working Group

Overview

The School District Offices Working Group was formed to explore the potential construction of a new School District administrative office adjacent to Town Hall. The group is responsible for evaluating site options, design concepts, infrastructure needs, funding strategies, and long-term cost efficiencies. It will also propose how the partnership between the Town and School District would be structured, including lease terms, cost-sharing, and necessary approvals. The group will engage stakeholders and deliver a detailed report with recommendations, financial analysis, and implementation steps to the Town Council and School Board within six months of its formation.
