The Fleet Division is responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance of the DPW’s entire fleet. This is done in a responsive and cost-efficient manner.  Routine maintenance is essential to ensure that the front-line emergency response fleet is ready for the rigors of all our work; especially during the winter months.  A well-maintained Fleet is paramount to having the DPW assist in providing Public Safety and accomplishing work projects for the entire community. The vehicle inventory breakdown is as follows:

  • Equipment- (1) Wheeled Excavator (1) Backhoe (2) Loaders (2) Paving rollers (1) Skid steer (1) Roadside tractor
  • Vehicles- (12) 6-wheel dump trucks with wings and plows (1) 6-wheel basin dump truck (2) 4x4 Pick ups (1) 4x4 Utility body pick ups (1) passenger van (4) 4x4 one-ton dump trucks
  • Tow behinds- (2) chippers (2) air compressors (1) crack sealer (3) equipment trailers
