Volunteer Opportunities: Help Shape Londonderry
Londonderry is seeking residents to serve on several boards and committees. If you want to meet great people, learn how the Town works, and make visible impact, this is a great place to start. Applicants must be Londonderry residents.
Openings: One full member position (expires March 2027)Meets: First Wednesday or Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. and as neededHelp lead one of the community’s most valued institutions by setting library policies, overseeing library funds, and helping ensure the library stays strong, useful, and welcoming for the whole community.
Openings: One full member position (expires March 2027)Meets: As required by state law and as neededHelp protect the integrity of local elections by registering eligible voters, correcting the voter checklist, and serving at required public sessions before elections and at the polls on election day.
Openings: One alternate position (expires December 2027)Meets: Third Wednesday of the month, 7 p.m.Help make fair, practical decisions about local development by hearing appeals, reviewing requests for variances and special exceptions, and applying zoning rules to real properties and real neighborhood impacts.

This is hands-on community building with visible results, and plenty of chances to work with staff and volunteers who get things done.
