PHASE 1B REGISTRATION INFO

PHASE 1B REGISTRATION INFORMATION

If you are in PHASE 1B, you may sign up for a vaccine appointment starting at 8 AM on January 22, 2021. (NOTE:  Vaccines will actually be administered for Phase 1B members starting on January 26, 2021.  Limited supply of vaccines from the federal government means appointments may be booked weeks out. If allocation should increase, appointments will be rescheduled to earlier dates and times).

You may sign up in one of 2 ways:

  • The fastest way: Go to www.vaccines.nh.gov and follow the instructions to schedule your FIRST dose.  (NOTE: Once you receive your first dose, you will be guaranteed a second dose; however, you cannot schedule a second dose appointment at the same time you schedule your first dose). PLEASE BE PATIENT as the website is expected to host quite a bit of traffic.

  • If you do not have access to a computer or other device to sign up online, you may call 2-1-1 and a live individual will assist you.  Again, PLEASE BE PATIENT as we have been told to expect wait times up to an hour or more.

  • If you are in the category of “Under 65 and Medically Vulnerable,” you should contact your doctor for assistance in scheduling your vaccine.  If you do not have a doctor, call 2-1-1 and someone will assist you.
