Londonderry Utilities Committee
The missions statement:
The Londonderry Utilities Committee (“Committee”) shall be a standing committee under Chapter 3 of the Town’s Administrative Code, and shall exist until its dissolution by the Town Council. The Committee shall study and make recommendations to the Town Manager, Town Staff, and Town Council on issues involving the cost, availability, and reliability of electricity, home heating oil, natural gas, propane, drinking water, and broadband, fuel for Town vehicles, sewer service, solid waste and recycling, and the infrastructure required to support these utilities. The Town Council and Town Manager may in writing delegate to the Committee the authority to solicit proposals from and interact with vendors and other third parties in order to most efficiently fulfil the Committee’s purpose.
