Town Clerk – All of our processes are governed by State Laws
In addition to the topics below, the Town Clerk is responsible for:
- Processing of all monies from Town Departments
- Dredge and Fill filings
- Article of Agreement filings
- Preserving all permanent records of the Town of Londonderry
- Printing renewal notices for both Motor Vehicles, Dog Licensing and E-Notifications
- Maintaining accurate files of Town Council Minutes, Planning Minutes, and Zoning Minutes
- Maintaining all of the final Ordinances, Order, and Resolutions
