The Town of Londonderry is accepting bids for the asphalt roof replacement at our
Access Center Roof located at 281 Mammoth Road.
- Strip entire roof.
- Proper disposal of removed waste.
- 6’ IKO Goldshield Ice & Water Protector.
- Synthetic paper for remaining areas of roof.
- White aluminum drip edge.
- 30 year IKO Cambridge Architectural Roofing Shingles (Stock Color).
- IKO Leading Edge Plus - Roofing Starter Strip Shingles.
- Continuous ridge vent
- Color match caps
- New vent pipe flange
The description above will be available in the Town Manager’s Department or www.londonderrynh.org on or after 3/26/2021. Sealed bids must be received in the Londonderry Finance Department by Wednesday, April 14, 2021 no later than 1:00 pm. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal and marked as directed below, must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Town of Londonderry, Attn: Finance Department Purchasing Agent, 268B Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH 03053, preferably by registered mail.

Sealed bids must be received no later than 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
Received Bids will be publicly open and read aloud at the Londonderry Town Hall, in the Merrill Conference Room, on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 1:30PM; no Bid can be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and take such action as may be deemed necessary in the best interests of the Town.
