Cost Proposals for Collection, Transfer, and Recycling at Londonderry Drop-Off Center
The Town of Londonderry, New Hampshire is accepting separate sealed Cost Proposals for the Collection, Transfer, and Recycling at the Londonderry Drop Off Center located on 13 Recovery Way of the following items:
- Computers / Televisions / Small Electronics / Fluorescent Bulbs
- Scrap Metal
- Propane Tanks
- Tires
- Residential Brush
Requests for Proposals can be obtained through the Public Works and Engineering Department, Town Hall, 268B Mammoth Road, Londonderry, New Hampshire or mailed upon request.
All Proposals must be received in the Finance Department, Town of Londonderry, 268B Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH 03053 no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 PM. All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Finance Department Purchasing Agent bearing on the outside, the vendor’s name and address and the note “Proposal – Drop Off Center”. (If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal and marked as directed above, must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Town of Londonderry, Attn: Finance Department Purchasing Agent, 268 B Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH 03053, preferably by registered mail).
All decisions in reference to the proposals will be made by the Director of Public Works and Engineering or an authorized agent. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any portion of any proposal or waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town. No vendor can withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening
