REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
TOWN OF LONDONDERRY
Stryker POWER PRO2 Stretcher
The Town of Londonderry is accepting proposals to provide for a Stryker 6507 POWER PRO 2, HIGH CONFIG Stretcher with Lithium-Ion Battery, Charger and North America Power Cord for the Londonderry Fire Department. Packages are available in the Town Manager’s Department or www.londonderrynh.org/bids.
All proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

Attention: Fire Department Power Pro Stretcher.
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, April 22nd 2022.
There will not be a public opening of the proposals. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and take such action as may be deemed necessary in the best interests of the Town.

SECTION 1: General
- Bidder is responsible to explain all exceptions to bid specifications in writing. Any exceptions not taken shall be assumed by the purchaser to be included in the proposal, regardless of the cost to the bidder.
- Bidder may provide a separate list of any recommended or common option(s) with associated costs that may be considered by the Londonderry Fire Department.
- Bidders shall include all warranty documents within bid proposal.
- Delivery should be 280 Mammoth Road, Londonderry NH 03053.
Shipping and handling charges to be included.
