Tax Forms Available at the Library

Tax forms for the 2020 tax year are available for no-contact pickup at the Leach Library. Forms 1040 and 1040-SR as well as instruction booklets are available on a first come, first serve basis. The Reference Staff can also make photocopies by appointment and print other tax forms upon request. Please call the library at 432-1132 to schedule a pickup time during Drive-Thru Service hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
