RFP Fire Alarm Panel - Police Department
The Londonderry Police Department solicits RFPs from qualified vendors, to replace our existing fire alarm panel, software, and visual/audible warning devices located at our main headquarters 268A Mammoth and Vehicle Maintenance Building (located at same address behind Town Hall).
Instructions to Bidders
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed enveloped marked “Police Buildings Fire Alarm Panel” and addressed as follows:

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022. A public opening will take place at Londonderry’s Town Hall (268 B Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH 03053) at 3:15 pm on Tuesday October 25th, 2022.
The Town of Londonderry reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any formalities and informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Town. Bids will not be accepted from any proposer who is considered either suspended or debarred from doing business with the Federal Government, and is listed as ineligible on the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
